The small team of very friendly staff at the centre facilitate a wide range of activities which

have an emphasis on skills development.  Examples of these include the highly popular

certificated computer and art courses.  Support, encouragement and the opportunity to

develop new skills or build on existing one's at one's own pace are available to all.

This very busy centre also provides a 'drop-in' service and canteen facility which allows clients to enjoy a wholesome delicious meal whilst gaining support from each other and staff in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

You will find an environment for social support with a sense of community for people who are lonely, depressed, suffering from stress or are finding it difficult to cope.

This includes people who are presently experiencing or who have experienced a recognized mental health problem. When we are open, you can come for as long or as short a time as you wish.

Much can be achieved by a friendly chat over a cup of tea (or coffee!)  A problem shared is a problem halved as they say.
